MOUNT WADDINGTON 2026

This past June, military and civilian participants embarked on a 12-day journey to Mount Waddington, British Columbia’s highest peak, once dubbed Mystery Mountain.

Towering at 4,019 m (13,186 ft), this remote and rugged peak rises dramatically from sea level within just 32 kilometres, surrounded by deep gorges, massive icefields and awe-inspiring Himalayan-like terrain. It presents some of the most demanding and breathtaking expedition mountaineering in North America.

Past expeditions have collectively raised over $10 million for the military community and have directly impacted over 75 ill and injured military personnel and Veterans.
